What tools does this work with?
Whatever you're already using. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Outlook, Xero, QuickBooks, Airtable, Notion, Slack — the agent connects to your existing stack. No new platforms to learn or pay for.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. I handle the build. You'll get a walkthrough video and documentation so you understand what's running, but you don't need to touch the code. If something needs tweaking, I handle that too.
What happens if the agent breaks?
You get 30 days of bug-fix support included. If something stops working in that window, I fix it — no extra charge. After 30 days, most clients either have it running smoothly or move to a retained support plan.
What's the ongoing cost to run the agent?
Typically £50–200/month depending on the AI model usage and the volume of tasks. That's the tool and API costs — not a fee to me. You own the agent and the infrastructure.
How is this different from hiring an automation agency?
Most agencies are technicians who ask you what to automate. I'm an operator who's run businesses, managed P&Ls, and built teams. I don't just know the tools — I know which problems are actually worth solving and in what order.
What if we talk and it turns out an AI agent isn't the right solution?
Then I'll tell you. The 30-minute conversation is free and there's no obligation. If the problem is better solved by a process change or a different approach, I'll say so. I'd rather be honest than sell you something that won't work.
Can you build more than one agent?
Yes — most clients come back for a second or third build within 60 days. Each build is one agent, scoped and delivered in two weeks. For ongoing work, there's a retained support option starting at £1,000/month.
